Crumbed Pork Chops

So what to make for dinner you ask?  Something that is still quick & easy and seems like you are a professional.  So here is a recipe i make for my family every so often, goes nicely with mash & veg, my family like sweet peas.  The recipe is almost no effort.

So here we go:

What do you need:

Pork chops
2 eggs
Crumbs mix
Maizena
Oil for the pan

Quick tip before we start:

If you add Maizena to your flour & crumbs then it will be more crispier.

1. Make your crumbs mix, add about 1 cup of flour, 1 tsp of Maizena, crumbs & seasoning (beef spice & herbs)

2.  Put the whisked egg in a bowl separate from everything else.  So you are now ready to begin as in the picture below pork chops, egg & crumb mix. Also put your oven dish in the oven with oil in it, this will help so that the pork chops don't get stuck to the dish.

3.  First dunk your pork in the egg & then in the crumbs mix.

4.  This is about what it should look like:

5.  When you have crumbed them all, put them in your oven dish and put it back into the oven, it should take about 15 to 20 minutes for them to be ready, but keep checking....Don't let it burn.

Her you go all done, as you can see now they are nice and brown and ready to be eaten.

Enjoy and let the taste transport you.
