Cook Book theory

Your looking for something fun and easy to make, that your family will love...impress time.. you open up a cookbook, and you look and look and look, until you come across some beautiful picture of some kind of meal that looks absolutely delectable...but you are so confused with exactly what to do and how to make it..and your end result doesn't look anything like the picture...well what went wrong?

Cook books are the bibles to cooking, but you have to have a masters degree some times to understand them..I love cooking and always have...Food is my passion and i love getting new recipes...I love looking through cookbooks and discovering new and exciting meals..

I have always felt so bad for my friends that struggle to "read" a cookbook or to follow a recipe and then it flops...so i have decided to simlpify meals and recipes for the average person to cook...I am no top chef, i'm just a mother, a wife, a friend, a daughter and a woman that loves cooking
